Hughes Custom Logistics is an asset based relocation and logistics company headquartered in Lansdale, PA just outside the city of Philadelphia with operations in Central Florida as well. Our history traces back to 1895 when Patrick Hughes first purchased a horse drawn buggy to help customers move their belongings around the city of Philadelphia. As transportation needs evolved so did the company and the Hughes family found themselves in the center of a growing industry that would carry Patrick’s entrepreneurial spirit for generations to come. As time went on Hughes became a premier mover in the Philadelphia market and expanded its reach nationally by becoming an agent for United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit, an industry leading network of transportation providers. Today Hughes is still a family enterprise and caters to both residential and commercial customers. Much has changed since the days Patrick drove his buggy down Broad Street to deliver pianos but some things have not. Our passion for the industry we work in and the pride of servicing our customers with integrity.
